Returns
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, customized products, or items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team after first contacting them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at info@winslowandcompany.online within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly resolve the issue.
Shipping for Returns
Winslow & Company does not cover return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
